Send the pitch, not a PDF.
Your studio spent a week on the deck. Then it went out as a 40 MB PDF that flattened every build. Linkdeck hosts the Keynote itself, so the client sees what you made.
What the client sees
They tap the link in the back of a taxi. It opens in Safari, turns to landscape, and plays the real Keynote player: builds in order, transitions, embedded video, the audio you timed. Tap to advance.
No Keynote app, no Apple ID, no account, no download. It works the same on an Android phone and on a Windows laptop in the boardroom.
Your name on the last slide
On Pro, the deck ends on a card with your studio name and your colour, and the Linkdeck branding is gone. The client reads it as yours, because it is.
Change the deck, keep the link
The account director spots a wrong figure an hour after sending. On Pro you upload the corrected export in place; the link already sitting in the client's inbox now plays the new version. No 'please ignore my last email'.
See which slides they read
Per-slide analytics shows how long each viewer stayed on each slide. If they spent forty seconds on the budget and skipped the process pages, you know what the follow-up call is about.
Turn on the email gate and you also know who opened it; those addresses collect as leads in your dashboard.
Keep unreleased work behind a password
Concepts that are not public yet get a password. Comments can be switched on per deck when you want feedback in one place instead of scattered across replies.
What it costs
Free covers the first pitch. Pro covers the studio.
- Free: 1 deck, 200 MB, the link stops working after 3 days (24 hours if you upload without signing in).
- Pro, €12 a month: 10 decks, 500 MB each, links that never expire, custom slug, password, email gate, comments, replace in place, per-slide analytics, studio end card, no Linkdeck branding.
Questions
Does the client need Keynote or an Apple ID?
No. The link opens in any modern browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install, nothing to sign into.
Can I put the deck on my own domain?
Not yet. Links live at linkdeck.me/your-slug, and Pro lets you choose the slug. Custom domains are not available today.
Does it work with PowerPoint?
No. Linkdeck hosts Keynote HTML exports only. There is no PowerPoint conversion, and we would rather say so than promise it.
Send your next pitch as a link
Export from Keynote (File → Export To → HTML), zip the folder, upload it. First deck is free and needs no account.
