A property presentation buyers open on their phone
You built the listing presentation in Keynote: the floor plan, the light in the kitchen, the walk-through video. Export it to HTML and upload it, and buyers get a link that plays it on whatever phone they are holding, no app and no download.
Why not a PDF or a brochure link
A PDF drops the video and the transitions you used to pace the tour, and a 200 MB Keynote file will not go through email. Buyers are on phones, often on mobile data, and will not install anything to look at a house.
What survives
Linkdeck plays Keynote's own HTML export in the browser.
- Transitions and builds run as you set them.
- Video walkthroughs play in the slide; on phones, sound starts after the buyer's first tap.
- It opens on iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac without Keynote.
Three steps
- In Keynote: File → Export To → HTML…, into an empty folder.
- Drop the folder on linkdeck.me (or a .zip of it).
- Send the link, or print it as a QR code on the flyer and the window card.
Listings outlive three days
A free deck expires 3 days after upload, which is shorter than most listings. Keep the listing deck for €9 once and the link never expires; you also see views, devices and time per slide, can update the deck in place when the price changes, and can ask for an email before it plays. If you list several properties at a time, Pro is €12 a month for up to 10 live decks.
The honest limits
Linkdeck is not a listing portal: it does not publish to property sites or sync with your CRM. Large photos are resized to 2560 pixels on the long edge to load fast on phones. Uploads are capped at 200 MB on Free and 500 MB on Pro, so export long videos at a sensible size first.
Questions
Can I update the price without sending a new link?
Yes, on a kept deck or Pro. Replace the deck from your dashboard and the same link and QR code play the new version.
Will buyers need Keynote or an Apple device?
No. The link plays in any modern browser on iPhone, Android, Windows or Mac.
Can I see who looked at the listing?
On a kept deck or Pro you see views, devices and time per slide. Names only come from the email gate, where the buyer types their address.
