Brand presentations that arrive the way you revealed them

A brand reveal is choreography: the mark builds, the palette lands, the type sets itself on the page. Export the Keynote to HTML, upload it, and the client opens a link that plays that sequence in their browser.

The reveal that turns into a PDF

You present the identity live and it lands. Then the client asks for the deck to show their board, and what goes round the table is a PDF: the logo animation is a still, the motion study is a blank frame, and the type specimen is a screenshot of a slide.

The board sees the leftovers of the meeting, not the meeting.

What survives the trip

Keynote's HTML export keeps builds, transitions and embedded media, and Linkdeck plays it with Keynote's own web player instead of converting it.

  • Logo builds and Magic Move transitions run in the order you set.
  • Motion studies and sound logos play inside the slide.
  • Type is drawn as you set it, so the client's phone does not need your licensed fonts.
  • Hyperlinks to the guidelines or the asset folder stay clickable.

From Keynote to a link

All on your Mac.

  • In Keynote: File → Export To → HTML… and save into a new, empty folder.
  • Drop that folder on linkdeck.me, or a .zip of it if you prefer.
  • Copy the link and send it with the follow-up email.

Before the brand is public

An unreleased identity should not be one forwarded link away from the internet. On Pro, a deck can ask for a password before the first slide loads, or ask for an email address so you see who the link reached. Per-slide analytics shows whether the board spent time on the rationale or skipped straight to the logo.

Pro is €12 a month: 10 decks up to 500 MB, links that never expire, a custom slug, replace in place, and no Linkdeck branding. See the details on the pricing page.

What Linkdeck does not do

Keynote HTML exports only; a PowerPoint deck must be opened in Keynote and exported first. No brand portal, no asset downloads, no custom domain: links live at linkdeck.me/your-slug. Free decks (1 deck, 200 MB) stop working after 3 days.

Questions

Will my custom typefaces show correctly?

Yes. Keynote's HTML export draws text as it appears on your slides, so the viewer does not need the fonts installed. The font files themselves are not handed to the client.

Can the client's board open it without Keynote?

Yes. The link opens in any modern browser on Mac, Windows, iPhone or Android. No Keynote, no Apple ID, no app.

We changed the colour after feedback. Do I send a new link?

Not on Pro. Export again and replace the deck in place; the link the client already has now plays the new version.
